Free technical support is limited to our web site applications, however should you need specific help, we offer Pay-per-incident support via fax. This means you pay for a single question or incident, no matter how many times it takes to resolve. If you have additional questions or problems that are unrelated to the initial issue, these will be regarded as separate incidents and will be charged separately.

HOW TO PAY FOR SUPPORT.
The fee for written Fax reply is US $15.00. (AUD$24.00).
